Description:

Banyan Community Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). Banyan is part of the larger community mental health resource Banyan Health System.

Our FQHC offers primary care, pediatrics, women's health and men's health services, behavioral health, vision & hearing, support services, pharmacy, and lab/x-rays. Also offers wellness visits and care for chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, etc.
