Description:

Healthcare Center: Provides medical services to those who are HIV-Positive.

Wellness Center: Provides blood testing, HIV testing, and STD testing. Walk-in clinic

Pharmacy: Provides clients medications for anyone with HIV or other STD.

8:30am-5:30pm, Mon-Fri


HIV Testing
5:00pm-8:00pm , Mon- Fri

Intake Process:

Staff will guide you through your first appointment.
Will meet with the Benefits Counselor who will conduct a financial and benefits screening and complete registration.
Will review benefits eligibility.
Will receive a new client orientation and a tour of the site.

Program Fees:

Accepts Medicare, Medicaid, Private insurance and Ryan White

Languages:

English, Spanish, Creole
