Description:

Provides pain control and symptom management to terminally-ill patients and their families. Services are provided at home to patients with all diagnoses. The inter-disciplinary hospice team provides comprehensive services, including physical care, nursing services, medications, medical supplies and equipment, practical care, spiritual and emotional support, grief counseling, assistance with insurance and paperwork, as well as additional services required to meet an individual's specific needs.
