Crisis Intervention Volunteer Opportunities Code: PX-1800.1500-100 Mental health hotlines, crisis lines or other crisis intervention programs that are actively seeking individuals with the requisite skills and experience who are willing, on a voluntary basis without remuneration, to handle inquiries from people who are in acute emotional distress; who are or perceive themselves to be in life-threatening situations; who are a danger to themselves or to others; or who are hysterical, frightened or otherwise unable to cope with a problem that requires immediate action.
