Parenting Support Volunteer Opportunities Code: PX-2300.6500 Organizations that are actively seeking individuals with the requisite skills and experience who are willing to work, on a voluntary basis without remuneration, with expectant or new mothers and fathers who need emotional support, encouragement and practical advice. Volunteers may be asked to help new mothers and/or fathers adjust to being parents or offer classes or workshops for parents who are having difficulty or want to be more effective in their parenting role.
