Description:

Not accepting referrals until October 2017.

Program that uses Support Services for Veteran Families(SSVF) funding to promote housing stability among very low-income Veteran families who live in or are transitioning into permanent housing. Homelessness prevention assistance may include deposits, rent assistance or utility assistance.

*Duval County resident
*Honorably discharged or Medical Release veteran residing in household
*Household income not to exceed 50% of area median income
*For rent assistance, must have a lease and an eviction notice
*For utilities assistance, must be in arrears
