This program offers screening and assistance to eligible victims of Hurricane Irma ONLY.
Others facing an financial crisis should reach out to the City of Jacksonville / Emergency Assistance Program.

Duval County resident
Documentable crisis situation resulting from Hurricane Irma
Household income cannot exceed 135% of Federal Poverty Guideline
Must have had the capacity to meet basic needs before the Hurricane
