New Beginnings is Gateway’s Juvenile Addictions Receiving Facility (JARF), offering a safe, temporary, medically supervised facility for adolescents ages 13 to 17 who are actively using alcohol or drugs. The length of stay varies between two to five days. The length of stay allows our medical and clinical staff to conduct a thorough assessment of the child and determine the best substance abuse treatment program specific to the child’s needs.
