The Community Action Team (CAT) of therapists, case managers, mentors, a nurse and psychiatrists provide wraparound services to high risk youth and their families. The team assists families with youth or young adults who are at risk of being placed out of the home due to the severity of mental health behaviors and/or co-occurring substance abuse disorder.

CAT is designed to prevent children and young adults from entering the Juvenile Justice, foster care, and residential systems.
