Description:

The Center For Drug-Free Living is committed to providing individuals and families within our community the skills to achieve and maintain healthy responsible lifestyles.

The overall goal of the Prevention and Intervention Programs is to provide comprehensive prevention and early intervention services through school and community-based programs that serve youth and adults in Central Florida. The programs collaborate with community organizations, social service agencies, school districts, housing authorities, city and county governments, and area businesses.

School-based programs include Alpha of Orange and Osceola Counties, New Horizons, Holden Heights, Back on Track and FOCUS Education Programs.

Community-based programs include the Village House, the Donald J. Feulner Midnight Basketball Program, Neighborhood Enrichment Centers, Breaking the Cycle/Family Enrichment, Violence Interruption, and To Your Health. EDUCATION/TUTORING,HOUSING, MENTALHEALTH

Site hours: 9a-5p Mon-Fri; School-based programs: 7:30a-5p, Mon-Fri; Community-based programs: 9p-1a Fri & Sat nights

Intake Process:

Call office for screening, assessment and program placement.

Program Fees:

Community programs are free, otherwise sliding scale. No client will be denied services due to inability to pay.

Eligibility:

Adolescents: 13 years or older with substance abuse disorder.
Adults: 18 or older with substance abuse disorder.
Residents of Orange, Osceola, Seminole & Brevard counties
