The Sharing Center is a faith-based non-profit organization that seeks to ease the stress of poverty and prevent homelessness by providing basic needs of food, clothing, shelter, and compassion to children, the elderly, and families in distress.

With the highest median income in the state, Seminole County, Florida also saw a 1.3% increase in the number of people living in poverty in 2004. This means 33,020 people live below the poverty level of $19,000 annual income for a family of four. The Sharing Center is here to help meet the needs of these people. Thrift Store - 9:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Saturday;
Mobile Health Care - 9:00 am - 1:00 pm the 2nd Wed of every month
Food Pantry - 9:00 am - 12:00 pm Monday - Friday

Intake Process:

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE: Driver's license or other picture ID, Social Security cards for yourself, spouse, children and anyone else living with you. proof of address, such as recent utility bill; proof of income, such as a pay stubs or unemployment verification......
