Description:

The Supportive Services for Veteran Families program provides supportive services to very low-income Veterans and their families residing in or transitioning to permanent housing by offering a range of supportive services, offered through Veteran Crisis Line designed to promote housing stability.

Hours:

8:30am-5:00pm, Mon-Fri

Intake Process:

Veterans have to be in a crisis within 30 days to call the Outreach Specialist Stephanie Jarred 786-379-3787, Specialist Amaury Lopez (305) 401-0183 for anything regarding the application process.

Eligibility:

Low income Veterans and their families, Veteran must be alive and able to apply for the program, must reside in the household.

Veterans who have a 3 day to 2 week notice, a foreclosure notice in hand (physical documentation), or a homeless letter can call the Outreach Manager directly for an appointment. Can call the Outreach Specialist Stephanie Jarred 786-379-3787, Specialist Amaury Lopez (305) 401-0183.

Veterans who do not Qualify:

* Service members who have not serve at least one day in active service.
* Veterans with a Mortgage.
